We had the pleasure of staying at a hidden gem, Potts Farm Villa. the high-standard, beautifully decorated house provided a clean and relaxing environment for us to unwind. the location and grounds were second to none, and we couldn't ask for better hosts. They were generous enough to leave us fresh eggs, bacon, and even medlar brandy. With excellent accommodation and such a wonderful experience, this will definitely be our go-to place for future countryside escapes. Highly recommended!

I also loved the large bath, perfect for a relaxing soak with some bubble bath. The hosts were amazing and couldn't do enough to make me feel welcome. The location was quiet and private, yet still close to the high street. I enjoyed exploring the beautiful beaches and going on rural walks nearby. I highly recommend this place for a fantastic getaway.

The cottage was beautifully designed and decorated, with new and tasteful furniture. the bedding was cozy and smelled amazing, making for a comfortable stay. the location was ideal, being near a small town and within walking distance of local farm shops and wineries. This allowed us to explore and enjoy the surrounding area easily. the hosts, Stephen and Kate, were friendly and helpful, providing us with good recommendations for our stay.

There was really nothing that I did not like about our stay. It was a perfect getaway from the city, offering us space and fresh air.

We got incredible value for our money with our stay at Potts Farm. The room was absolutely stunning - beautifully designed, clean, and comfortable. The rural location was a perfect retreat, and the hosts, Kate and Stephen, were incredibly welcoming and attentive.

Hotel breakfast could have been better with the addition of a microwave to make porridge in the morning.

The hidden gem of Tenterden - beautifully decorated barn, stunning location, helpful hosts, ideal for unwinding, perfect for escapes.

I recently stayed at Potts Farm in a beautifully designed cottage set in a peaceful, rural location. The hosts, Kate and Stephen, were welcoming and respected our privacy. The cottage was spacious, modern, and well-appointed, with attention to design, comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the underfloor heating system ensured a comfortable temperature. The large bath was a treat, and the locally sourced eggs, milk, and bacon provided by the hosts were a thoughtful touch. Access to the nearby high street was easy, and the location was perfect for exploring Kent and East Sussex. I can't wait to return in the spring!
